Hi there, and welcome to my first blog. This will be a space where I share about my private practice, Lending My Hand.
I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) because my dream is to help people. This dream led me to opening Lending My Hand as an option for people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Since this is my dream, I want to fulfill it in the best way I can. One of the recommendations I encountered during my research into opening a private practice was to maintain a website and blog. My hope is that through this blog I can provide a more personal look into the ins and outs of my practice, as well as a space for me to reflect on the work that I do.
This will definitely be a new adventure for me, and I’m glad we’ll be going on this journey together.
